Day One

Not too hard! And check this out: I’ve decided to give up sugar along with wheat this month! Wish me luck!!! Starting weight:153.

Breakfast- green smoothie: kale, romaine, apple, banana

Snack-Greek yogurt with honey and wild blueberries

Lunch- tomatoes

Snack -3 pieces of bacon (leftover breakfast)

Dinner- Tuna salad, lettuce, pickles, tortilla chips, fresh squeezed o.j.

C’mon Day 2, I’m ready for ya!!!

  1. Well done! Just out of curiosity, you are planning on still using honey (and other sweeteners?) and eating lots of fruit during this month?

    • Yes, for now I am. Starting with giving up,refined white sugar, evaporated cane juice and brown sugar., etc. Only eating honey and maple syrup.
