I Fasted Two Days in a Row!

What?! Now by fasted I mean ate. For 5:2 you are “fasting” so long as you stay under 500 calories. I ate 330 calories yesterday and 625 today so I am counting these as two fast days which is all I need for the week. Yay! And now let me go sleep and fantasize about what I am going to eat for breakfast. 🙂

Do you do 5:2 intermittent fasting? I am totally sold!
