Two Weeks In

Well today marks two weeks of eating clean and the beginning of my second week of fasting so I think it’s a good day to do a weigh-in. I don’t think my measurements have changed all that much so I will save that for another couple of weeks, but I am pretty stoked to see what the scale says. 158.8 Cool. I lost 5 pounds! All this deprivation I was hoping it would be more but I’ll take it. I have been drinking lots of water and doing some exercise so things are coming along.
